Terms and Conditions
Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit of P50.00 per person is required to hold a reservation. Deposits will be refunded less a service charge of P25.00 if the trip is cancelled 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival. No refunds will be made for reservations cancelled less than 5 days in advance of your trip. If your retun early from your trip, we will refund the amount of unused days less one day. All rates quoted are subject to government taxes. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Lodge Deposits & Payments
  • A deposit of 50% of rate for the accommodations is required to guarantee a reservation. Payment in full is required upon check-in. Rates quoted in all our brochures are subject to government taxes. Rates are subject to change wihtout prior notice. Their is no charge for children under age two (2)
  • Reservations may be made at anytime thougout the year for any weekend of stay from March 01 through May 31. A reservation should be made if you have a particular room that you like, and want to be sure its available. Holy Week reservations are strongly suggested for all weekends. We are always booked full. For those Holidays we require three (3) nights reservations, and they should be finalized at least two (2) weeks prior to the holiday. If you are staying with a group of two or more families, and want adjoining rooms, the early reservations are very important. Reservations are final until a minimum deposit is received for each site requested. We do not accept credit cards, so please be careful to have a valid deposit.
  • When you make a reservation you will need the following informatin for your family's site, ad name of every additional family member that you are making reservations.

  • We will also want to know how many adults, children and overnight guests will be in each room. Date you plan to arrive and how many nights you expect to stay.
  • Reservavtions are always highly recommended, but a reservation is not final until a deposit of first nights room rent has been received. Deposits is in cash, it must be received within seven (7) days of the reservation, or the reservation will be canceled.

We understand that things happen, and we will try to work with you. We will not make any refund due to weather conditions, or for a "no-show" or late cancellation. The following options are available:

  • Deposit for a late cancellation may be applied to a later day but not be transferred to another party.
  • A deposit for a normal weekend may be refunded less a P25.00 service charge, if the cancellation is made before 11:00 am, 3 days prior to check-in. In other words, for a Friday check-in, you must cancel by 11:00 am on the prior Tuesday.
  • For a holiday weekend, cancellation notice must be received at least seven (7) days in advance of the check-in day. In other words, for a July 3rd check-in, we must be notified no later than 11:00 am on June 26. Again a P25.00 service charge will be witheld from the refund.

All refunds will be paid in cash. Refunds are processed monthly, so please allow up to four (4) weeks. Group refunds will be made payable to the person who made the original reservation.
